As medical providers we are sometimes considered no differently than any other vendor, like the beer or alcohol supplier, the portable washrooms, security companies and the like. How many meters of fencing do you need? You know where I am going with this right? And, many times, the lowest bidder gets the contract. Medics are just booked by number and stood on post.
