Supplies, Equipment and Meds
Supplies
Odyssey has been in the medical supplies business since 2006, equipping our teams with essential medical gear for special events. Our kits are stocked with everything from basic first aid supplies—like bandages, antiseptic wipes, gauze, and tape—to specialized medical equipment such as IV catheters, endotracheal tubes, and suturing materials.
We understand the challenges of restocking medical kits. Often, replacing just a few IV angiocaths means purchasing an entire box in every size—wasting both money and supplies. We’ve developed a unique system that allows us to order in bulk for our event kits and offer surplus items for individual sale.
This approach:
- Saves money by letting you buy only what you need
- Reduces waste by preventing excess supplies from expiring unused
- Ensures readiness by keeping essential items available when you need them
By making medical supplies more accessible and cost-effective, we help you keep your kits stocked without unnecessary expenses or waste.

Medications
Medications are one of the most challenging supplies to manage for event medicine. We carefully plan for:
- Rural or remote locations with limited pharmacy access.
- Weekend events that require stockpiling medications in advance.
- Extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold) that can affect medication stability.
- Provider preferences – Every healthcare provider has their own go-to medications, but balancing variety with practicality is key.
Community Quilt Concept
Across our communities, countless small and medium-sized events take place every year. However, very few individuals or groups have access to the full range of equipment and supplies needed to provide first aid or comprehensive health services.
That’s why we created the “Community Quilt”—a patchwork of shared resources and expertise, making high-quality medical support more accessible to event organizers.
